We reserve the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, and sizes.

Ordering and Shipping
Beimar will not be responsible for errors on orders submitted, we recommend that you ask for an order confirmation be faxed to you, especially on orders taken over the phone. Sample orders must be written on order form as per regular order, maximum one piece per style, per color of any size. Beimar prefers orders to be submitted via fax or e-mail. Beimar will make every effort to process and ship all credit-approved orders in a 24-hour period, however this is not a guarantee. Partial shipments may be made. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. All shipments are shipped FOB Ontario, CA 91761. Beimar will not be responsible for any damage, loss or non- delivered orders during shipment.

Terms
Beimar accepts cashier checks, Master Card or Visa. If paying by credit card a credit card authorization form must be submitted, form can be downloaded at www.beimar.com. Orders can also be shipped on approved credit for those customers that meet certain credit requirements. A credit application must be submitted and it may take up to 10 business days for processing. Personal and company checks are accepted on approval only. A $25.00 service charge can be applied to all NSF checks. Interest charge of 1% per month may also be applied to all past due balances.

Returns
Any merchandise that have been decorated or washed is not returnable. All goods must be inspected before decorating. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Beimar must issue a proper return authorization before any goods can be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and can be refused and returned to customer at customers’ expense. Beimar reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned orders as well as will call orders not picked up.

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to Beimar approval and must be in writing. No cancellations are accepted for any semi-custom, custom orders already in progress. Back orders not shipped within 45 business days will be automatically cancelled.
